Cancellation & Travel Insurance Policy

All reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE once confirmed.

By submitting payment, Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, early departures, changes in travel plans, illness, family emergencies, weather events, airline issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

For this reason, travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the Guest’s sole means of recovering funds in the event of cancellation. Any reimbursement due to cancellation must be pursued directly with the travel insurance provider.

Upon cancellation, the full rental amount remains due and payable under the terms of the reservation agreement, regardless of whether the Guest files or receives payment from an insurance claim.

This invoice and the reservation confirmation serve as documentation of the cancellation policy for insurance purposes.

Payment Obligation

Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of all rental terms and conditions.
Failure to complete payment does not void the reservation or the Guest’s financial obligation.
